Referral program — FAQ
How is a referral attributed to me?
You get a unique ELLP-XXXX-XXXX code and link. Anyone who arrives through it is attributed to you for 90 days (lifetime cookie), and the order is confirmed automatically via the Stripe webhook — so a client who decides a few weeks later still counts.
When and how am I paid?
Commission posts to your partner account as soon as a referred order is confirmed, and is paid out once a month as a single SEPA transfer. There are no micro-payments and no minimum payout threshold.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There are no setup fees, no monthly cost, and no volume minimums. You only ever earn — the program is free to join and free to keep.
What do my clients actually get?
Ellytic handles their Greek paperwork end to end — AFM registration, certified translations, and banking setup — on documented authority paths, with prepared bundle cases completed in 3 business days. You keep the client relationship; we are the administrative layer behind it.
Is my clients' data shared with me?
No. The program is GDPR-compliant and no personal client data is shared back to you. Your dashboard shows referral status and commission, not your clients' documents or personal information.
Can I co-brand or white-label this?
Referral partners get co-branded marketing assets to share with clients. If you want full white-label delivery under your own brand, that is the B2B SaaS Basic plan (from €44.90/month) rather than the referral program — the two can be combined.
